SEMS OS / Documentation
Ready for your
first day.
Get your account and devices ready. Start here, then sign in for the guides that take you through your workday.
Have your approved work Google account and the device you will use each day ready.
- Ask your SEMS administrator to add your approved work Google email address. Access is invitation-only, even when you sign in with Google.
- Use your own account. Your permissions and field assignments belong to that login.
- Have an internet connection and access to your work Google account, including any Google verification method. Use an up-to-date browser on your computer or phone.
Your administrator has confirmed access for the same Google email address you will use to sign in.
Everyone signs in with their approved work Google account.
- Open the SEMS OS sign-in page and choose “Continue with Google.”
- Select the work Google account your SEMS administrator added. If Google selects a personal or different account, choose the correct work account before continuing.
- Complete Google sign-in and any verification Google requests, then return to SEMS. Enter your Google password only in Google’s sign-in flow.
- If you see an access-pending screen, ask your administrator to check the email address and your active SEMS membership. Google sign-in does not grant employee access by itself.
Use Continue with Google for SEMS access. If it is unavailable or Google sign-in fails, contact your SEMS administrator. Signing in with Google does not automatically connect your Gmail inbox to the CRM.
You reach the SEMS dashboard or your assigned work.
SEMS OS opens in your browser and can be added to your Home Screen.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the CRM in Safari. Tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, and add SEMS.
- Open SEMS from the new icon and sign in there. That installed window is where you enable iPhone/iPad push notifications.
- On Android or desktop, use your browser’s Install app or Add to Home screen option if offered. If it is unavailable, bookmark the CRM and use it in the browser.
The SEMS icon or bookmark opens the CRM.
Enable alerts from inside your signed-in SEMS session.
- Sign in on the device where you want alerts. On iPhone/iPad, open the Home Screen version of SEMS first.
- Open Notification settings from the link below, or use the in-app “Enable notifications” prompt.
- Choose Enable notifications and allow the browser prompt. Review your categories and quiet hours.
- If you previously blocked notifications, allow them in your browser or device settings, reopen SEMS, and try again.
Enabling one phone does not enable your computer. A category marked unavailable is not ready to deliver alerts.
Notification settings show this browser as enabled. Ask your administrator to verify an approved test alert before relying on it.
Google sign-in and connecting your Gmail inbox are separate steps.
- Have access to the Google account approved for your SEMS work. Do not send anyone your password or verification code.
- Ask a SEMS owner or administrator to arrange the mailbox connection. The current connection flow is restricted to those roles.
- After you sign in, use the employee guide for mailbox setup and sending permissions. A shared address needs an actual mailbox or approved delegated account; an alias alone is not a sign-in account.
You know which work mailbox to use and who will connect it.
Field staff use Traccar Client for location sharing when the phone is locked.
- Install Traccar Client by Anton Tananaev using the official store links below. Traccar Manager is a different app.
- Keep the tracking service off until you have copied your personal setup values from the signed-in SEMS Time Clock.
- Continue with the private setup guide. Do not use the app’s default demo server or another employee’s identifier.
Your phone’s locked-screen behavior needs to be checked with dispatch before you rely on background tracking.
Traccar Client is installed and ready for your personal SEMS configuration.
Start with these checks if setup does not go as expected.
- Google sign-in not working? Confirm you selected your approved work account and completed Google verification. If SEMS still shows access pending, ask your administrator to check that exact email address and membership.
- Cannot find a screen? Navigation depends on your role and individual permissions. Tell your administrator which task you need to complete.
- Already signed in? Open the employee guide for your first shift, email, jobs, time, communications and office workflows.
- Need help getting started? Contact your SEMS administrator or use the SEMS contact page. Describe the screen and the error; never include passwords, sign-in links or tracker identifiers.
You have a clear next step or have described the problem to the right person.
