Using This Website

You may use this site to learn about our services, browse our catalog, and contact us. Do not use it to break the law, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms.

Text Messaging Program

What it is. SEMS Fire sends one-to-one text messages to customers about service scheduling, testing appointment confirmations, quote and job status updates, and equipment-ready notifications.

How you join. Check the SMS consent box on our website form. The box is not pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your open jobs and service activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation message and then we will stop texting that number.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email semsfire@gmail.com, or call (251) 282-0958.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls, Recording, and AI

Our business lines are recorded lines. Before recording begins on a call, you will hear a notice identifying us, stating that the call is recorded, why, and that AI is used to transcribe and summarize it. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will arrange another way to handle your request.

Outside business hours, an automated voice assistant may answer and take your message. It identifies itself as automated. It is not monitored for emergencies. If you have an emergency, hang up and call 911.

AI helps us transcribe, summarize, and organize. It does not make final decisions about your service, pricing, or test results. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Quotes, Pricing, and Service Work

Prices, availability, and product information on this website are for general reference and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Actual work is governed by the written quote, work order, service agreement, or purchase order for that job, not by this website. Where they conflict, that document controls.

Testing and inspection results reflect the condition of the equipment at the time of service under the applicable NFPA standard. They are not a warranty of future performance, and they do not replace your own inspection and maintenance obligations.

Accuracy of Website Content

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is. Content is provided as is. Manufacturer names, product images, and specifications belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

Intellectual Property

The SEMS Fire name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are ours or used with permission. Do not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, SEMS Fire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
